Mind Body Map®

Thank you for using Mind Body Map®. We are committed to providing a meaningful and supportive wellness experience. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase or subscribing to our services.

Subscription Purchases

Mind Body Map® offers digital wellness services, educational content, and subscription-based access through the app and website.

Unless otherwise stated, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable once access to digital content or subscription services has been provided.

Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • Your Apple App Store account settings

  • Your Google Play Store account settings

  • The payment platform used during purchase

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not provide refunds for the current active subscription period.

Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.

App Store Purchases

If your subscription was purchased through a third-party platform, refund requests must be submitted directly to that platform:

  • Apple App Store → Refunds are handled by Apple

  • Google Play Store → Refunds are handled by Google Play

Mind Body Map® does not control third-party payment processing decisions and cannot issue refunds for purchases made through those services.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in situations involving:

  • Duplicate charges

  • Technical billing errors

  • Unauthorized purchases

  • Service access issues caused directly by our platform

Approval of refunds is at the sole discretion of Mind Body Map® unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Free Trials and Promotional Offers

If a free trial or promotional subscription is offered, you are responsible for canceling before the trial period ends to avoid automatic charges.

No refunds will be issued for failure to cancel before renewal.
