Subscription Terms

Mind Body Map®

Effective Date: May 1st, 2026

Welcome to Mind Body Map®. These Subscription Terms govern the purchase, renewal, and use of any paid subscription services offered through the Mind Body Map® app and related website (“Services”).

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Subscription Services

Mind Body Map® may offer access to premium content, features, tools, educational resources, wellness tracking, guided programs, or other subscription-based services.

Subscription plans may include:

  • Monthly subscriptions

  • Annual subscriptions

  • Promotional or trial subscriptions

  • Other recurring billing plans offered from time to time

Features and pricing may change periodically at our discretion.

2. Billing and Payment

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle selected at the time of purchase.

By subscribing, you authorize the applicable app store or payment provider to charge your selected payment method automatically unless canceled before renewal.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as:

  • Apple App Store

  • Google Play Store

  • Stripe or other authorized payment processors

Mind Body Map® does not store full payment card information.

3. Automatic Renewal

Unless canceled before the end of the current billing period, subscriptions automatically renew for the same subscription term.

Your account will be charged for renewal:

  • Within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle for App Store subscriptions

  • According to the applicable renewal timing of your payment provider

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the platform where the subscription was purchased.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation will stop future renewals, but:

  • Your subscription benefits will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period

  • No partial refunds or credits will be provided for unused subscription time unless required by applicable law

Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.

5. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

Mind Body Map® may offer free trials or discounted introductory offers.

Unless canceled before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription at the applicable rate.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate promotional offers at any time.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

If you subscribed through:

  • Apple App Store → refunds must be requested directly through Apple

  • Google Play Store → refunds must be requested through Google Play

Mind Body Map® cannot issue refunds for purchases processed by third-party platforms.

7. Changes to Subscription Pricing

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees or pricing structures at any time.

Any pricing changes will take effect after notice is provided and at the start of the next billing cycle where applicable.

Continued use of the subscription after pricing changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

You agree not to:

  • Share paid subscription access with unauthorized users

  • Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions

  • Copy, distribute, or commercially exploit app content without authorization

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to Mind Body Map® services; however, we do not guarantee continuous or error-free availability.

Features, content, or subscription services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without liability.

10. Wellness Disclaimer

Mind Body Map® is intended for educational, informational, and wellness support purposes only.

The app does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychological therapy, or emergency services. Subscription content should not be considered a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical concerns.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions or accounts that violate our Terms of Service, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.
